Northwest Eye Surgeons selected B+E to help them navigate DOH certification and provide construction management support for their new Northgate facility. The project consisted of a 22,000 SF renovation of a former retail space into an ambulatory surgery center, exam rooms, laboratory space, clinic, and medical office space.
