21 Boston is a mixed-use project located in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle. The project is a partnership between barrientosRyan and Gables Development consisting of 325 market rate apartments and a Commercial condominium owned by Safeway Inc. B+E Consulting Partners was hired to provide construction management services. To date, the project is being delivered on budget and on schedule.
