In 2021 Union Church began looking at options for redeveloping its property with the goal of purchasing a new commercial condominium to serve as its church/event rental space/ and offices. Union Church hired Heartland as its real estate advisor and B+E in 2022 as its Owner's Representative. In our role we are working with Union Church in the selection of a development partner, performing financial due diligence on the developers' price and terms for a new commercial condominium, and negotiating the development agreement. In order to preserve the tower vesting rights for the site, B+E successfully managed the selection of the shell and core design team, and the vesting of entitlements through MUP submission this past March.
