The Premiere on Pine building is a 40 story residential tower located in downtown Seattle Washington. B+E Consulting Partners was hired to assist with the management of the design, permitting, and construction management of the occupied lobby. Renovations took place in multiple phases to always allow uninterrupted resident access through the lobby and fully functioning concierge services around the clock.

B+E also help with the remodel and improvements to the 40th floor Sky Lounge and the common area on the 6th Level.
