Proliance Orthopedics and Sports Medicine (POSM) of Bellevue purchased an existing 43,000 SF office building that needed extensive renovation. POSM's goal was to remodel this facility into a new medical office building, MRI suite, and physical therapy space.

Proliance hired the team of B+E Consulting Partners to assist them with this technically challenging renovation. B+E provided design and construction management services throughout the project.

Working with the team from TGB Architects and Aldrich construction we successfully completed the project in early 2023.
