St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Seattle decided to redevelop a portion of its church facility into a new affordable early learning facility for children between the ages of 2-5. B+E worked with the church to apply for a Washington State Commerce Grant to make this possible. After a successful effort to obtain a $1.5M grant to bring this project to life, B+E commenced with hiring a design team and selecting a general contractor. Construction is scheduled to be complete in October of 2025.
